KN95 mouth masks, box of 20 pieces

The masks we offer are KN95 types. This is a standard used in China for mouth masks, which retain 95% of dust particles, pollen, microorganisms and air pollution. These are comparable to European type FFP-2 masks. Our KN95 masks are tested according to FFP-2 protocols and obtain the certificates necessary for their marketing.

KN95 masks consist of 4 layers:

• 1st layer: 60gr non-woven fabric
• 2nd layer: 25gr meltblown filter
• 3rd layer: 25gr meltblown filter
• 4th layer: 25gr non-woven fabric

The Health and Youth Inspectorate indicated that Chinese mouth masks with the “2626-2006” standard are assimilated to the European standard EN-149: 2001 + A1: 2009 for the nose and mouth FFP-2 and FFP -3. Our masks meet this standard.

The masks are sold in boxes of 20 pieces.

Suitable for medical use?

It is the manufacturers of the mouth masks who define whether these are suitable for medical use or as personal protective equipment. It is this last option that has been chosen by our manufacturer.
The packaging clearly states “for non-medical use”.
